I have changed my diet and lifestyle around and I’ve never felt better! A year ago I took a leap of faith and I changed the way I ate not only to look better, but to feel my best. I also started on Isagenix just because I am the type of girl that won’t eat if I am in a hurry or super busy. I would rather eat a bar and a coffee for lunch and that’s not ok. I started Isagenix about 6 months ago and I am in love! My favorite shake is strawberry and chocolate mixed with lots of ice and almond milk. This shake is super easy and it’s always with me when I am on the go and I don’t have time to eat for breakfast or lunch. I usually just do lunch and replace a meal for a shake. You can also throw in some veggies or fruits and blend it together in the shake. This is one of my favorite ways of drinking the shake, adding veggies and fruits to it. My body feels so much lighter and heal their after these shakes. I plan on taking them to New York with me as my meal replacer for breakfast. It’s such an great and easy way to keep up that healthy lifestyle. Most of the time when we think of protein shakes we think of really buff dudes grunting at the gym lifting massive amounts of weight. The truth is women need protein too.
