Hello babes!! I will be adding a few new things to the blog! To start off, I wanted to share with you all my favorite recipes. I love being healthy and eating clean. Don’t get me wrong, I still need french fries and nachos occasionally, but during the week and weekends we try to make healthier choices with our food. I love cooking and trying new recipes, especially when its easy, simple and fast. When my bestie Christine was in town, I made this salad and we both loved it so much that I had to share with you.
I shop at Sprouts because I feel like all the vegetables and fruits are always fresh with an affordable price tag. I usually make my own dressing for salads, but there’s those times when you are on the go and you need a quick dressing ASAP! For this particular salad, I found this amazing Balsamic dressing at Sprouts. It’s amazing and healthy as well! I added all the directions for the salad recipe down below. Enjoy!

{Ingredients}
chicken
1 sweet potato
spinach
cucumber
tomatoes
green onion
avocado
cucmber
feta cheese
{Seasoning}
salt
pepper
garlic powder
mrs dash
avocado oil
{Dressing}
balsamic
Cut up sweet potatoes in tiny pieces, or whatever size you like. Season sweet potato with a pinch of salt, pepper and mrs dash. Pour a little avocado oil over the sweet potatoes and bake in the oven on 350 for 30min.
While potatoes are baking, cut up chicken into size desired. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and a pinch add garlic salt. I don’t really measure anything, so just add too your taste. In a pan, add avocado oil and cook the chicken. I love when my chicken is a little crisp, but you cook to your likeness.
While your chicken is cooking, cut up all the veggies; cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, avocado. In a salad bowl, add the spinach, veggies and cheese and mix together.
Once the sweet potatoes and chicken are finished cooking, take a large plate or bowl and add a side of sweet potatoes. Add the chicken to the salad and mix in with the dressing. Now you are ready to eat! ?
I love me a huge salad! This one has become my favorite so it’s been on repeat ever since I made it! ?? Hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did!
