2018 GOALS WITH STRONGER

HIEEEEE you guys! It’s honestly been so long since I’ve blogged (it feels like). I wanted to take a little break and focus on my husband and spending time with family over the Holidays. I have been staying active on Instagram, so if you haven’t been up to date on that, be sure to head over and check out my latest post!

I’ve recently been obsessed with my new workout gear by Stronger because they aren’t only super comfortable, but I love love all of their fun prints and styles. I’ve recently learned how to listen to my body and my 2018 goals are to keep doing what I do. I love working out and staying active and learning new ways to cook healthy. I workout at Cross Fit 5 days a week and I eat a lot of Paleo meals but then there are days when I want carbs and bread so I will have a bite or two if I crave it. I don’t deprive myself of things I crave, such as ice cream or candy occasionally. But I also work out and stay active. I’ve never felt better! I also make sure I get a good nights rest. If i feel overwhelmed and stressed, I try to take a day off because your body also needs a break.

There is no secret to getting the perfect body because there is no such thing. I’ve learned that every body type is different and God made us all unique. I think that’s so amazing! I’ve changed my lifestyle around because it fits me, so find something that fits you. Find something that you love to do whether it be Yoga, running, or whatever your heart loves to do. Stick to it and keep up with it. When it comes to food, switching to Paleo was a bit of a struggle for me. Trust me, I had headaches. I constantly craved my old food habits but my body learned how to navigate and I’ve never been the same. Take care of you body because God gave it to you and what you put in it can harm you! Trust me! I’m not saying completely cut everything out cold turkey. Take little steps while changing around your first. Always know that anything is possible if you put your mind to it!

I am so excited for this year and I am so excited to share more fun recipes and tips that help me stay motivated and keep me going! I learn so much from people around me. Get a good group of girlfriends or even have your other half stay active with you because it honestly helps so much!

I am so ready for 2018 and I am ready to take on this year. I haven’t really set any goals for myself this year. I just want to grow myself more with the people I love, stay humble, and thank God for everything we have because we are SO beyond blessed! I have a feeling this year will be a great one!
