Summer is so close and as I always say Summer bods are made in the Winter! lol I not only workout to look good but also feel good, feel healthy and feel better! 90% of Abs are also made in the kitchen and what you eat because if you workout and eat bad you won’t see changes. When Spring comes, I also start to do some ab workouts because it helps strengthen my core.
I have added a few of my favorite ab workouts in a 10 minute video you can totally do at home and/or at the gym after your workout! I always stay 15 minutes after to do a little ab workout and it’s been helping a lot. With that being said, take some of the moves from this video I posted on YouTube ||HERE|| and start doing them at least 3 times a week. Maybe even incorporate some of your favorites as well.

I am so excited to get back on track with eating better. We were in Indianapolis for a few days this past week and boy can I say they don’t mess around with food! They literally don’t have anything healthy around to eat so it was really disappointing for me. I tried to eat as healthy as I could there. When we arrived home I felt so sick so I went to Sprouts for some healthy groceries. For dinner I made Cauliflower fried rice with chicken and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! haha! It’s crazy when your out of town how much you miss some good homemade food!
