I have been on a roll lately and everyday I need to at least go for a run or my day is completely off. The only day I don’t try to workout it Sunday just because its a day of relaxation and spending time with your family and loved ones.
“Therefore, whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God.” This is so true and the last 6 months I made a decision to change my diet around and make it a lifestyle. I completley changed to Paleo diet and I absolutely love it. I feel better and my body is changing in a great way. I have energy, I feel stronger and I love the feeling after a long sweaty workout. I started Cross Fit about 6 months ago and love it!! I also love trying new workouts so I joined another gym close to my house that offers Yoga, and a ton of other classes. I absolutely love having a variety of workouts and I can’t wait to start seeing even more results in my body.
Every Sunday I plan our meals for the week and prep them. This helps me from grabbing bad food when your starving because for me if I am starving I will eat everything. It’s hard to plan your meals out don’t get me wrong but if you don’t then you plan for failure and for me thats a no no haha. Just FYI I do have cheat days and that day is Sunday and if I crave something during the week like ice cream I have a spoonful because I give my body what it wants. Don’t be so hard on yourself and just do it to make yourself feel better and like always have fun with it and find something you love to do working out wise because if you dread working out then thats also a problem.
