Happy Monday! First of all I can’t believe how fast this weekend has gone by. Maybe its because I was just super busy and kind of overwhelmed. Friday I had to work a 10 hr shift because some one called in sick and I just couldn’t say no. 🙂 Right after that long day we headed out to a local Mexican restaurant called Rio Grande with a few of our friends and we had the best time, despite the fact I was falling asleep after dinner and just could not stay awake and of course Starbucks had to be closed. Saturday I had an early meeting and then had lunch at this amazing place called Crepes & Crepes. Their salmon and cream cheese crepe was heavenly and of course leave some room for Nutella and strawberries crepe, one the best things that will ever happen in your mouth, fireworks just light up after you take that first bite. You have to eat there if you live in Denver! Sunday Julie asked me to help her assist a wedding shoot that she was doing so we had to be up at 4am and it was such a long day but we had so much fun even though it was so hot. I also got approached by a young lady at the wedding asking if I was modaprints and telling me how she loved my blog, that made my whole day! Seriously things like that just light up my day and thats why I adore you all.
This post is all about the kimono. My hubby actually took these photos on our last day in Hawaii and I am obsessed with how they came out. Its so beautiful it makes me want to go back. I styled this kimono with a white tank top, my all time favorite boyfriend jeans and my gladiator sandals. I loved how laid back, cute and comfy this look was. I was a little burnt and just wanted to be comfy and this kimono made it just that. I got it from a local boutique here in Denver and I will link everything down below. I hope you enjoyed it.
Today is going to be another long day! I have 2 meetings this morning and a doctors appointment to go to in the afternoon. I also haven’t done any laundry so that needs to be done. I miss our condo I feel so unorganized and can’t find anything. I just cant wait till our place is all done and we can start settling in. With God’s help. Thank you for always reading and following along. Have an amazing Monday and smile you are loved more than you can ever imagine.
Lots of love, Alena Gidenko
